The Cancellations - FlexStats<\/strong> report provides detailed information about canceled subscriptions with robust filtering tools and ratio data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To access the report:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Sign in to the Admin Portal<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Use the dropdown menu to select an individual subaccount or select All<\/strong> to review data for the entire account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Click Reports<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Select Form Hits - FlexStats<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Click Open Report<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n

Quick Stats<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The report will load with Quick Stats at the top and Today's data already graphed and charted for you.<\/p>\n\n\n

The stats are displayed for Today<\/strong>, Yesterday<\/strong>, Week-to-Date (WTD)<\/strong>, Month-to-Date (MTD)<\/strong>, Last Pay Period<\/strong>, and Year-to-Date (YTD)<\/strong>, with Today<\/em> being the default for the graph below the Quick Stats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each individual breakdown displays the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  • Count<\/strong>. The total number of cancellations for the time period.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Average Income<\/strong>. The total number<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Average Rebills<\/strong>. This line, displayed in red, indicated how many deductions were taken from the selected account during the time period indicated and the total amount of those deductions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    The Graph It<\/strong> button below each time period allows you to quickly load a graph based on the data for that particular time period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Using Graphs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    The graphing tools are located immediately below the Quick Stats section of the report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The following sections explain the various options available to you when using the graphing feature. Once you have selected all of your desired options select the Go!<\/strong> button to load the customized graph.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Main Filters<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    The graph displayed is fully filterable, allowing you to design a graph with only the data you care about. By default, ALL<\/strong> options are pre-selected for you. You may change the data you wish to display in the graph by clicking the All<\/strong> On button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Clicking the button loads the filter settings for the graph. You can deselect any unwanted items in the Transaction Types column and the Payment Types column, and you can choose to filter by Days of the Week and Countries as well.<\/p>\n\n\n

    Once you have selected all the desired options, click one of the action buttons at the bottom:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    • Update & Run<\/strong>. This option closes the filter options and immediately runs the report with the new filters.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Update Only<\/strong>. This option saves your filter choices and returns you to the Graphing Options to select further options for the graph run.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Cancel<\/strong>. This option disregards your changes and removes the Filter Settings menu from view.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Date Range<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      The Date Range menu allows you to select specific dates for inclusion in your graph or to create a custom date range. To activate this filter menu, click the button beneath Date Range<\/strong> in the Graphing Options (the button label changes based on your selections).<\/p>\n\n\n

      After selecting or entering your date range information click one of the following buttons:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \n
      • Continue<\/strong>. Selecting this option saves your choices and returns you to the main Graphing Options menu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Cancel<\/strong>. Discards your changes and returns you to the main Graphing Options menu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        You can easily change the date range without using this drop-down by entering your own custom date range in the two fields next to the drop-down in the Graphing Options menu.<\/p>\n\n\n

        Values<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        The drop-down menu beneath Show these values on the graph<\/strong> allows you to decide which values you want to view. Select from the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          \n
        • Transaction Type<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Payment Type<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Region<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Currency<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Affiliate ID Yes\/No<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          Time Unit<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

          The report can display data in the following time units:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            \n
          • Hourly<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Weekly<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Daily<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            Chart Tweaking, Use, and Legend<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

            Once you\u2019ve loaded a customized graph you can use the options on the left of the graph to further refine your view.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            The Scale<\/strong> section allows you to toggle the graph between Count and Amount. These two options show you how many transactions of the selected type have been completed and the total of the transactions of the selected type. Selected scale information is represented as the X-axis of the resulting chart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            The Time Unit<\/strong> section allows you to quickly break the graph down into other time units. Be aware that time units can make the graphs difficult to read when you select a broad time range in the Graphing Options and then select a detailed time unit from this menu. Viewing hourly data is best done with a daily graph as opposed to a WTD, MTD, or YTD report. The time unit is represented as the Y-axis of the resulting chart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            These charts are very interactive. If you hover over any point on the chart it will provide you with pop-up details about that plotted point.<\/p>\n\n\n

            The bottom of the chart provides you with a legend for the plotted data to help you better understand your chart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            In the legend below, the greyed-out icons indicate items not included in the chart. The items in color indicate that both Rebills and New Sales are included in the chart above, and display the line color and plot icon used for those transaction types in the chart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Working with Graphs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

            For each action done in the graphing options above, the system loads not only the chart that you see immediately, but if you scroll down, you\u2019ll also see a Snapshot Graph based on your options and a Legend\/List that provides more details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            The graphs are very attractive and display income and deductions color-coded to include rebills, recurring, single, trial, chargeback, refund, void, and return transaction types. The pie chart default can be changed to a bar chart by selecting the other icon at the bottom left of the screen.<\/p>\n\n\n

            As with the charts above, hovering over an item in either report will provide you with further details about the graph area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Breakdown By<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

            If you have experience with CCBill\u2019s reporting system, you know that there\u2019s always a way to further break down reports. With these new reports the Breakdown by<\/strong> happens in the pie or bar charts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            After loading the report, scroll to the bottom and locate the item on the graph that you wish to view breakdown details about, then click that item. A small breakdown by menu pops up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Once you select an item from the Breakdown by<\/strong> menu, another graph will load at the bottom of the page. In the example here, we\u2019ve broken down Recurring by Payment Type<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n

            You\u2019ll notice that at the bottom left of the graph, you have the option to toggle between pie and bar graphs. The items in the graph are fully color-coded and defined in the list below the chart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            The Breakdown by<\/strong> drop-down menu can be changed to one of the other available Breakdown by<\/strong> options to immediately refresh the graph with the new breakdown data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            You may further break down this report by clicking on one of the Slices\/Bars<\/strong> in the graph and selecting an additional breakdown by option. The new breakdown will load to the right of the original.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Click the X<\/strong> to close any of the breakdown graphs. Additionally, running a new Breakdown by<\/strong> from the first listed graph will clear the previous options from the screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Saving Graphs<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

            All of the graphs that you create using the methods above can be downloaded for later use. Click on the icon next to the graph, then select from the drop-down menu the format in which you wish to save the graph.<\/p>\n\n\n
