The Form Options for each payment type are slightly different.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Keep in mind that certain layout options for a new subaccount are initially disabled by CCBill. Other layout options may be disabled, if you have requested them to be shut off, or if CCBill has shut them off for another reason. If you cannot access or change any of the layout options, contact Merchant Support to have them enabled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The following layout options are available:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Terms and Conditions<\/strong>:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Confirm Terms and Conditions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Consumer Support<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Confirmation Options<\/strong>:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Confirm page<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Opt Out<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Confirm Fields<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Form Options<\/strong>:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Credit Card<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>CVV2 Number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Phone Number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Name on Card<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Card Type<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Custom Text<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Checking<\/strong>:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Phone Number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Name on Account<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Custom Text<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>It is required to present consumers with both the terms and conditions of the purchase and the consumer service information on the Sign Up Form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enter the following in the Terms and Conditions Options area:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Confirm Terms and Conditions<\/strong>. Sets up how to confirm the Terms and Conditions on the Sign Up Form. The consumer can confirm the Terms and Conditions via a <strong>Select Box<\/strong>,<strong> Check Box<\/strong>, or <strong>Radio Button<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Consumer Support<\/strong>. Sets up how to access customer support on the Sign Up Form. The consumer can access the support via a <strong>Link<\/strong> or <strong>Button<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Confirmation Options<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>This area sets up the options for the Confirmation page. For new subaccounts, the Confirmation options are disabled by default. If you need to use the Confirmation options, contact Merchant Support to have them activated. Once CCBill activates an option, you can enable or disable any individual option for the subaccount's Confirmation page.<br>Enter the following in the Confirmation Options area:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Confirm Page<\/strong>. Determines whether to show the Confirmation page before the transaction is processed. Select <strong>Yes<\/strong> to display the Confirmation page; select <strong>No<\/strong> if you do not want to display a Confirmation page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Opt Out<\/strong>. Sets up whether or not to have the <strong>Cancel Transaction<\/strong> button on the Confirmation page. When customers click the Cancel Transaction button, they will be redirected to the Opt Out URL. Select <strong>Yes<\/strong> to display the Cancel Transaction button. Select <strong>No<\/strong> to not show the Cancel Transaction button on the Confirmation page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Confirm Fields<\/strong>. Specifies the information fields to be displayed on the Confirmation page. Any or all of the following fields may be displayed on the Confirmation page: <strong>Name<\/strong>, <strong>Address<\/strong>, and\/or <strong>User<\/strong> (data such as credit card, expiration date, card type, name on card, etc).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Form Options<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You will be asked to enter different Form Options for the selected of Sign Up Form type (i.e., Credit Card, Checking, or Telephone Billing). Credit Card Sign Up Forms end with \"cc\", Checking Sign Up Forms end with \"ck\", and Telephone Billing Forms end with \"t9\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Credit Card<\/strong>. Select which fields to show on the credit card form. Enter the following in the Credit Card Form Options area:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Multi Currency<\/strong>. This setting allows you to choose the way that currency options are displayed on your form. Choose <strong>Inline<\/strong> to display a line of icons denoting currencies, <strong>Window Select<\/strong> to allow consumers to click a button to change the currency, or <strong>Show All Currencies<\/strong> to display a list of all pricing options for all currencies in a drop-down menu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>CVV2 Number<\/strong>. The setting CCBill has determined is in compliance with the merchant 's account, which displays the CVV2 number on the Sign Up Form. When it is set to Required, the customer is required to enter the number. When it is set to <strong>Display<\/strong>, the CVV2 number field will be shown, but the customer will not be required to enter the number. When it is set to <strong>None<\/strong>, the CVV2 number field will be hidden from the customer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Phone Number<\/strong>. Sets up the Phone Number field on the Sign Up Form. When it is set to <strong>Require<\/strong>, the customer must enter the number. When it is set to Display, the Phone Number field will be shown and the customer will not be required to enter the number. When it is set to <strong>None<\/strong>, the phone number field will not be shown.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Name On Card<\/strong>. Sets up the Name On Card field on the Sign Up Form. When is set to <strong>Require<\/strong>, the customer must enter their name on the card. When it is set to <strong>None<\/strong>, the Name On Card field will not be shown. If the field is not shown, the customer's first and last name will automatically be used as the name on the card for validation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Card Type<\/strong>. Sets up the Card Type field on the Sign Up Form. When it is set to <strong>Display<\/strong>, the Card Type Field will be shown. When it is set to <strong>None<\/strong>, the Card Type field will not be shown.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>MasterCard Submit button Types<\/strong>. This allows you to choose the type of <strong>Submit<\/strong> buttons you would like to dynamically offer to customers on the website, who initiate a sale on your CCBill Sign Up Form, and choose MasterCard as their payment option.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Dual Submit<\/strong>. Display Shopping Cart Text on Submit buttons.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Single Submit w\/Radio Buttons<\/strong>. Display Shopping Cart Text to right of Radio buttons.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Dual Submit w\/Text on Right<\/strong>. Display Shopping Cart Text to right of Submit buttons.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Dual Submit w\/Text on Left<\/strong>. Display Shopping Cart Text to left of Submit buttons.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Custom Text<\/strong>. Custom Text can be added to your forms but must first be approved by our staff. Please contact <a class=\"\" href=\"mailto:merchantsupport@ccbill.com\">merchantsupport@ccbill.com<\/a> for assistance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Checking<\/strong>. Select which fields to display on the Checking Sign Up Form? Enter the following in the Checking Form Options area:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Phone Number<\/strong>. Sets up the Phone Number field on the Sign Up Form. When it is set to <strong>Require<\/strong>, the customer must enter the number. When it is set to <strong>Display<\/strong>, the Phone Number field will be shown and the customer will not be required to enter the number.
