{"id":453,"date":"2020-08-10T18:44:06","date_gmt":"2020-08-10T18:44:06","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2023-03-20T12:00:37","modified_gmt":"2023-03-20T12:00:37","slug":"a-b-testing-flexforms","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ccbill.com\/doc\/a-b-testing-flexforms","title":{"rendered":"FlexForms A\/B Testing"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What is A\/B&nbsp;Testing?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A\/B Testing is a FlexForms feature that enables merchants to test various forms against each other to see which one performs better.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Merchants can set up an A\/B Group at any point in the payment flow, and the FlexForms system will display forms from that group to customers in a round-robin format.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For example, you can use A\/B Testing to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>See if a two-column form works better than a single-column form.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Determine if a red form performs better than a black and white form.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Test different marketing images on identical forms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Find out whether your <a href=\"https:\/\/ccbill.com\/blog\/chargeback-rate\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">chargeback rates<\/a> are lower if you require customers to enter a <a href=\"https:\/\/ccbill.com\/kb\/cvc-vs-cvv\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">CVV2 code<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experiment with different promotional prices on the same or different forms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Check how different payment processors perform against each other.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How Does A\/B Testing Work?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A\/B Groups can be implemented on the <strong>Primary Tile<\/strong> of the payment flow or the <strong>Deny<\/strong> path redirects. If the payment is approved, the customer is presented with an approval page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>An example of an A\/B Group with 3 payment forms follows this pattern:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. The first customer who initiates the flow is presented with the first form from the A\/B Testing group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. The second customer is shown the second form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. The third customer to reach the A\/B group is given the third form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. The A\/B Group starts over from the first form for the next unique customer.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"notice-suggestion\">\n<div class=\"notice-text\"><p>The A\/B Group\u2019s \u201ccurrent form\u201d is not changed until a user reaches that step in the payment flow.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to Set Up A\/B&nbsp;Testing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To configure FlexForms for A\/B Testing:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Access the <a href=\"https:\/\/admin.ccbill.com\/loginMM.cgi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Admin Portal<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Ensure that the subaccount dropdown menu is set to <strong>All<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Click <strong>FlexForms Systems<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.
