If you are planning to receive any sort of user management post, Background Post, or Webhooks post there are a few simple steps you can take in order to ensure that you and your server are not blocking any of our communications.<\/p>\n

\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
1. Make sure that your e-mail provider is not blocking any e-mails from *@ccbill.com domains.<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
2. Make sure that your server is not blocking any communication from the following IP ranges:<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
<\/td>\n64.38.240.0-255<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
<\/td>\n64.38.241.0-255<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
<\/td>\n64.38.212.0-255<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
<\/td>\n64.38.215.0-255<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
3. Make sure that the server is not blocking any of the following User Agents through the previously mentioned IP ranges:<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
<\/td>\nPostback and JPost (default UM): blank and libwww-perl\/5.803<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
<\/td>\nWebhooks: Java\/1.8<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
<\/td>\nWMS One Clicks: PHP-SOAP\/5.2.17<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/div>\n

You may need to have your host check these things within the server configurations, corresponding hosts file, htaccess directives, mod_auth security rules, and any or all other related security packages installed on your site's server.<\/p>\n
