The Account Overview report enables merchants to check their account status quickly. It displays account statement information, including the accounts referred, Visa Accepted Status, and holdbacks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To access the Account Overview<\/strong> report:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Log in to the Admin Portal<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Select All<\/strong> subaccounts or an individual subaccount from the dropdown menu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Click Reports<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Select Account Overview<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Click Open Report<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n

6. Use the Info Type<\/strong> dropdown menu to select the option you want to review.<\/p>\n\n\n

If an option under the Info Type is not chosen the default Visa Status report is displayed.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

7. Click Apply Changes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n

Referred<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Referred option displays the credited business accounts sent to CCBill. The columns show the:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Subaccount.<\/strong> The merchant\u2019s subaccount to which the referrer is sending traffic.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Referrer.<\/strong> The merchant account number of the referrer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Company Name.<\/strong> The name of the referring company.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n

    Visa Status<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    The main window displays general information about the account owner, the account status, and available payment options. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The Billing and Visa Registration Status<\/strong> pane provides insight into which subaccounts accept Visa payments.<\/p>\n\n\n

    The links provide insight into the Visa registration status and fee due dates:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Visa Renewal.<\/strong> U.S.-based merchants can check the upcoming dates for their Visa registration renewal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Visa Payment History. <\/strong>The Visa Payment Report displays the Sponsored Merchant's Visa payment history, renewal deadline, date to pay the Visa renewal fee, and initial registration details.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n

      • Account Change Forms.<\/strong> Merchants can also use the Account Change Forms link to edit any of the account information if it has changed in the meantime.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Holdbacks<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        Displays the amount of processing fees held back for subaccounts. To display the data:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        1. Set the Holdback Date Range.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        2. Click Apply Changes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n

        The report displays the Holdback Amount<\/strong> and the Amount Still Held<\/strong> by CCBill.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Merchants can further break down the holdback display by Account <\/strong>number and Date<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Email Download<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        The Email Download<\/strong> option displays a report of the previously emailed check amounts. When you select a date range and Apply Changes<\/strong> the system initiates a file download process. The HTML file provides a Check Amount breakdown per week for each subaccount.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        The link allows merchants to download or view the complete breakdown of funds generated and the origin of those funds in a browser. This report is ideal for record-keeping if you need a comprehensive record for a specific billing period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        QuickBooks Download<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        Selecting a date from the date dropdown menu lets merchants download a composite Check Amounts report in QuickBooks file format.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
