The Growth Rate<\/strong> report provides data that measures and evaluates the expansion or upsurge of sales on the account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To access the Growth Rate<\/strong> report:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Log in to the Admin Portal<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Use the dropdown menu to select an individual subaccount or select All<\/strong> to review data for the entire account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Click Reports<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Select Growth Rate<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Click Open Report<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n

7. Under the Compare<\/strong> heading, choose the report format:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  • Daily Totals<\/strong>. Review the last seven days.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Monthly Totals<\/strong>. Review data for one year; adjusts stop date to end of month.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Weekly Totals<\/strong>. Review data for the last 12 weeks; adjusts stop date to end of week.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Monday through Sunday Totals<\/strong>. Review data for the last 12 days, compared to the previous day, e.g., Monday to last Monday.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n

    8. Choose one of the following report formats:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    • Counts<\/strong>. Displays the number of transactions. The Counts option displays an extra column showing cancellations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Amounts<\/strong>. Displays the dollar quantities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      9. Click Apply Changes<\/strong> to display the Growth Rate report.<\/p>\n\n\n

      The growth rate report displays the increase or decrease rate in percentages based on the Amounts<\/em> or Counts<\/em> figures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The data is displayed in the following columns:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \n
      • Date<\/strong>. Date of the report entry.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • New Sales<\/strong>. New sales or sign-ups. This is based on new single billings, recurring billings, or trials by count and percent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Rebill<\/strong>. Subscriptions that have been rebilled by count and percent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Gross<\/strong>. Total of all transactions before deductions by count and percent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Chargeback<\/strong>. Transactions that are chargebacks by count and percent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Refund<\/strong>. Refunded transactions by count and percent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Net<\/strong>. Total of all transactions after deductions by count and percent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Cancel<\/strong>. Customer accounts that have discontinued rebilling by count and percent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        The end of the report provides a sum of the total counts and percentages for each column's data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
