To view the number of Conversion signups and rebills<\/a> your affiliate account has produced:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Sign in to the Admin Portal<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Click Reports<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Select Conversions<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Click Open Report.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

5. Select a specific affiliate ID from the Linked Affiliate<\/strong> dropdown menu if you have multiple linked Affiliate accounts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. The Sales Type menu allows you to include All Subscriptions<\/strong> or Trials Only<\/strong> in the report.<\/p>\n\n\n

7. Select a Date Range.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8. Click Lookup<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n

9. Affiliates can break down sales by the merchant subaccount number.<\/p>\n\n\n

10. The report displays the following columns:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Initial Signups. <\/strong>The number of new signups and the total amount earned from new signups.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Trial to rebill. <\/strong>The number of trial signups that were rebilled and the amount earned.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Rebill 2. <\/strong>Second rebill.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Rebill 3. <\/strong>Third rebill.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Rebill 4Plus. <\/strong>Fourth and any subsequent rebill.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Gross per Member\/Average Rebill per Member.<\/strong> The number of initial signups divided by the earned amount\/The number of rebills divided by the earned amount.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
