The Transactions report displays and itemizes affiliate transactions (trials, single billings, recurring billings, rebills, and chargebacks).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To view the number of transactions on your affiliate account:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Sign in to the Admin Portal<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Click Reports<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Select Transactions (Affiliate).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Click Open Report<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n

5. Select All<\/strong> affiliates or a specific Linked Affiliate<\/strong> using the Linked Affiliate<\/em> dropdown menu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Use the checkbox to break down the report by URL.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Decide if you want to include affiliate IDs without sales in the report.<\/p>\n\n\n

8. Set the appropriate date range.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9. Define whether the report should retrieve the Transaction or Reconcile dates<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

10. Click Lookup.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

11. Break down the report by Date, Billing Type<\/strong>, or Subaccount<\/strong> number.<\/p>\n\n\n

12. The report will display the columns shown in the example below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Program. <\/strong>The program in which the affiliate is enrolled.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Show Clicks. <\/strong>Allows affiliates to fine-tune the report and display only raw, unique, second-page, or form clicks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Trial<\/strong>. Amount earned from trial subscriptions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Single<\/strong>. Amount earned from single billing subscriptions or non-recurring subscriptions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Recurring. <\/strong>Amount earned from recurring billing subscriptions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Rebills<\/strong>. Amount earned from subscriptions that have rebilled.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Refund<\/strong>. Refunded amount from the referred affiliate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Chargeback<\/strong>. Amount chargeback from the referred affiliate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Total. <\/strong>Total amount earned from the referred affiliate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n

    • Raw Clicks\/Raw Ratio<\/strong>. The total number of times banner or link advertisements were selected by a consumer. The impact of banner advertisements is evaluated by how often consumers who see the ad click on it (the proportion of sales to raw clicks, based on the search parameters).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Unique Clicks\/Unique Ratio<\/strong>. The total number of Unique Clicks, i.e., each unique IP address that clicked on the banner advertisement (the ratio of Unique Clicks to sales based on the search parameters).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Clicks. <\/strong>Clicking the link opens the Sales per Click report.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
