The Referred Affiliates<\/strong> report allows you to pull up information about affiliates for the last seven days. The report will enable you to look at all the Affiliates for the subaccount's Affiliate Program. <\/p>\n\n\n

Referred Affiliates are affiliates who have signed up for the subaccount's Affiliate Program directly on the subaccount's Web site. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

You can analyze how they are being paid and determine which ones can receive percentages based on the subaccount site's referred business.<\/p>\n\n\n

Referring Affiliates are affiliates who have signed up for the subaccount's Affiliate Program when directed from an Affiliate's Web site.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

To access the Referred Affiliates<\/strong> report:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Log in to the Admin Portal<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Use the dropdown menu to select an individual subaccount or select All <\/strong>to retrieve the report for the entire merchant account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Click Reports<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Select Referred Affiliates<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Click Open Report<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

6. Click View<\/strong> to display the report.<\/p>\n\n\n

7. The Referred Affiliates report columns display the following data:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Referring Affiliate<\/strong>. The Affiliate ID number of the Referring Affiliate. Click an Affiliate ID link to display a Breakdown Report.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Referred Affiliate Count<\/strong>. The total number of referred Affiliates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Total Clicks<\/strong>. The number of Referring Affiliate consumer advertisement banner or link clicks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Trial Sales<\/strong>. The Referring Affiliate's percentage from trial subscriptions by amount and count.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Single Sales<\/strong>. The Referring Affiliate's percentage from single billing or non-recurring subscriptions by amount and count.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Recurring Sales<\/strong>. The Referring Affiliate's percentage from recurring billing subscriptions by amount and count.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Rebills<\/strong>. The Referring Affiliate's percentage from subscriptions that have rebilled by amount and count.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Refund<\/strong>. The Referring Affiliate's refund percentage by amount and count.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Chargeback<\/strong>. The Referring Affiliate's chargeback percentage by amount and count.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Total Sales<\/strong>. Click the linked item to open a Details Report pertaining to the column information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    8. (Optional) Click the Referring Affiliate<\/strong> link under the Breakdown by<\/strong> column to order the data by the Affiliate ID.<\/p>\n\n\n

    The end of the report provides a sum of the total amounts and counts for each column.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
