The Referring URLs<\/strong> report displays the web locations where referrals originated and a count of transactions from the URL. This report also shows the affiliate who received credit for the referral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To access the Referring URLs <\/strong>report:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Log in to the Admin Portal<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Select a specific subaccount or use the All<\/strong> option to retrieve data for the entire merchant account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Click Reports<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Select Referring URLs<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Click Open Report<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

6. Set the Transaction start date <\/strong>and Transaction end date<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Click Apply Changes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n

The report displays the data in 4 columns:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Subaccount<\/strong>. The merchant subaccount number.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Affiliate<\/strong>. The Affiliate account number. Click the Affiliate ID link to open the Affiliate Status area.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • URL<\/strong>. The web location that sent the hit to the page. This links to the Affiliate\/Referrer Web site. Only merchants who are using the form system can utilize this function.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Count<\/strong>. The number of logged sign-ups from the Referring URL. These are equivalent to sales.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    The end of the report provides a sum of the total sign-ups for the Count column.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
