Log in to the <a href=\"https:\/\/admin.ccbill.com\/loginMM.cgi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Admin Portal<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Use the dropdown menu to select a specific subaccount. Selecting the <strong>All<\/strong> option generates a report for the entire merchant account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Click <strong>Reports<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Select<strong> Transactions (Client)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. (Optional) Click the <strong>Use Affiliate ID<\/strong> checkbox to display the <strong>Affiliate ID<\/strong> field, which allows you to locate an individual Affiliate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To look up an Affiliate, type an Affiliate ID number in the appropriate field. If you do not know an Affiliate's ID, leave the field blank to look up all Affiliates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7. The report also displays chargebacks, refunds, and voids. The <strong>Date Range Applies To<\/strong> dropdown menu allows you to choose between the <strong>Transactions Date<\/strong> or the <strong>Reconcile Date<\/strong> for the report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>9. The columns in the report list:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Trials<\/strong>. The Referring Affiliate's percentage from trial subscriptions by amount and count.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Single<\/strong>. The Referring Affiliate's refund percentage by amount and count.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Chargeback<\/strong>.
