It details how gross transactions are calculated and gives insight into deductions to assist you with your yearly tax returns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The report is generated for merchant accounts based in the US region (Business and Principal address) during the time the transactions were processed. The account also needs to meet two additional conditions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>At least $20,000 was processed in <strong>Gross transactions<\/strong> for the tax year.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 (or more) total transactions processed for the tax year.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<div class=\"notice-warning\">\n<div class=\"notice-text\"><p>This report is available at the main account level only.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>To access the 1099K Transaction&nbsp;Report:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Expand the <strong>Reports<\/strong> menu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Select the <strong>1099K Transaction Report<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Select the <strong>Date Range<\/strong> (or pick a specific <strong>Year<\/strong> for the report run).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. The <strong>Accrual Basis<\/strong> check box is pre-checked; if you use cash method accounting, click to deselect the box (learn more about different <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Basis_of_accounting\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">accounting methods<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"notice-note\">\n<div class=\"notice-text\"><p>When selected, transactions are pulled by the transaction (auth) date. Deselecting this box will cause the report to run by check date.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>6. Includes all single billing transactions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Trial #<\/strong>. Includes all trial transactions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Recurring #<\/strong>. Includes all recurring transactions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Rebill #<\/strong>. Includes all rebilled transactions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Gross #<\/strong>. Total is calculated as ((Single #) + (Trial Recurring) + (Rebill) + (Phone)) - Void. Fees are listed up to six decimal places and use standard rounding.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Affiliate CCBill Fee #<\/strong>. An aggregated total of Affiliate Fees. Fees are listed up to six decimal places and use standard rounding.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Refund #<\/strong>. Includes all refunds for the selected timeframe.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Return #<\/strong>. Includes all returns for the selected timeframe.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Net #<\/strong>.
