The Credit\/Check Transactions<\/strong> report provides information on all transactions that occurred on a merchant account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It aggregates data on single and recurring billing, rebills<\/a>, gross, refunds, chargebacks, voids, returned checks, and affiliate deductions for the specified date range.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To access the Credit\/Check Transactions<\/strong> report:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Log in to the Admin Portal<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Click Reports<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Select Credit\/Check Transactions<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Click Open Report<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n

5. Use the Start date<\/strong> and End date<\/strong> fields to define the report date range.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. The Options <\/strong>dropdown menu allows you to select specific transaction types:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  • All.<\/strong> Look at all transactions simultaneously (minus Test Transactions).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Credit Cards.<\/strong> Only display Credit Cards transactions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • US Checks.<\/strong> Only show Checks transactions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • EU DEBIT.<\/strong> Only view EU Debit transactions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Direct Pay.<\/strong> Only display Direct Pay transactions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Latin American Billing.<\/strong> Only show Latin American Billing transactions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • iDEAL Pay.<\/strong> Only view iDEAL Pay transactions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • GIRO Pay.<\/strong> Only show GIRO Pay transactions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Test Transactions.<\/strong> Only display Test Transactions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n

    7. There are 8 Transaction Types <\/strong>you can choose from by checking the checkbox:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    • Single Billing.<\/strong> Single Billing will include Single Billing transactions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Recurring.<\/strong> Recurring will include Recurring transactions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Rebill.<\/strong> Rebill will include Rebilled transactions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Refund.<\/strong> Refund will include Refunded transactions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Chargeback.<\/strong> Chargeback will include Chargeback transactions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Void.<\/strong> Void will include Voided transactions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Returned.<\/strong> Returned will include Returned ACH or Eu Debit transactions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Affiliate.<\/strong> Affiliate will include Affiliate referred transactions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      8. Click View Report<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n

      9. The Breakdown by <\/strong>section allows you to breakdown data by:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • Subaccount.<\/strong> The data is broken down by subaccount.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Payment Method.<\/strong> The data is broken down by the payment method the consumer used.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Currency.<\/strong> The data is broken down by the transaction currency.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n

        10. The main report window is divided into 10 columns:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • Single.<\/strong> The number of single non-recurring transactions that occurred in the selected date range.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
            \n
          • $X.XX.<\/strong> The total US dollar amount earned from single (non-recurring) transactions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • X (link).<\/strong> The hyperlink is the number of single (non-recurring) transactions in that period. If you click the link, it will list the subscription IDs for individual transactions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • X.XX%.<\/strong> The percentage of single (non-recurring) transactions compared to the overall number of transactions displayed in the Gross column.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Recurring.<\/strong> The number of recurring transactions that took place in the selected date range.\n
              \n
            • $X.XX.<\/strong> The total US dollar amount earned from recurring transactions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • X (link).<\/strong> The hyperlink represents the number of recurring transactions in that period. If you click the link, it will list the subscription IDs for individual recurring transactions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • X.XX%.<\/strong> The percentage of non-recurring transactions compared to the overall number of transactions displayed in the Gross column.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Rebill.<\/strong> The number of rebills that occurred in the selected date range.\n

              • $X.XX.<\/strong> The total US dollar amount earned from rebills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • X (link).<\/strong> The number of rebills in the selected period. If you click the link, it will list the subscription IDs for individual rebills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • X.XX%.<\/strong> The percentage of rebills compared to the overall number of transactions displayed in the Gross column.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Gross.<\/strong> The number of Single, Recurring, and Rebill transactions in the defined date range.\n

                • $X.XX.<\/strong> The total US dollar amount earned in the specified date range.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • X (link).<\/strong> The number of Single, Recurring, and Rebill transactions. If you click the link, it will list the subscription IDs for individual transactions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • X.XX%.<\/strong> The percentage of total sales. The value should always be 100%.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Refund.<\/strong> The number of refunds that occurred in the selected date range.\n

                      • Void.<\/strong> The number of voided transactions that occurred in the selected date range.\n

                        • Returned.<\/strong> The number of returned ACH or EU Debit payments that occurred in the selected date range.\n

                          • $X.XX.<\/strong> The total US dollar amount for returned ACH or EU Debit payments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                          • X (link).<\/strong> The number of returned ACH or EU Debit payments in the selected period. If you click the link, it will list the subscription IDs for individual returns.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                          • X.XX%.<\/strong> The percentage of returned ACH or EU Debit payments compared to the overall number of transactions displayed in the Gross column.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                          • Affiliate Sales.<\/strong> Transactions referred by affiliates that occurred in the selected date range.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

                              • Net.<\/strong> The net value is calculated by deducting chargebacks, voids, refunds, and returned payments from the revenue-generating transactions.\n
