Log in to the <a href=\"https:\/\/admin.ccbill.com\/megamenus\/ccbillHome.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Admin Portal<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Click <strong>Reports<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Select <strong>Decline Lookup<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. (Optional) The <strong>Lookup Declines From<\/strong> section allows you to search using any of the following criteria:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Billing Type dropdown menu.<\/strong> Select a billing type for the declines you wish to see.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Days to look back<\/strong>. Enter the number of days prior to the current date to conduct your search.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Only Web Validation<\/strong>. (Optional) The <strong>Client Information<\/strong> section allows merchants to search declines by subaccount, URL, and affiliate number. Merchants can enter any or all parameters for their search.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Website URL<\/strong>. Enter your website URL.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Subaccount. <\/strong>Use the dropdown menu to select a specific subaccount.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Referrer<\/strong>. Results will display in the report window.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7. (Optional) Merchants can search declines using the customer\u2019s <strong>Payment Information<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Subscription<\/strong>. Enter a subscription ID number.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Credit Card Number<\/strong>. Enter the card number (credit card declines only).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>BIN (first six digits \/ Last four. <\/strong>The first six and last four digits of the customer\u2019s card number.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Bank Routing Number<\/strong>. Enter the bank routing number (check declines only).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Bank Account Number<\/strong>. (Optional) Merchants can search declined transactions using information collected from the customer in the <strong>User Information<\/strong> section:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>First Name<\/strong>. Enter the user's first name.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Last Name<\/strong>. Enter the user's last name.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Email<\/strong>. Enter the user's email address.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>IP Address<\/strong>. You may also click the&nbsp;<strong>Clear<\/strong>&nbsp;button to reset all search fields.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Overriding Web Validation&nbsp;Declines<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you use the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/ccbill.com\/doc\/web-verify\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Web Verify<\/a>&nbsp;feature, this report will allow you to override a decline that occurred due to your active Web Validation rules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\" start=\"1\">\n<li>Enter information in the search fields to help you locate the transaction and click&nbsp;<strong>Search<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Locate the declined transaction in the search results and click the&nbsp;<strong>Decline ID<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click the&nbsp;<strong>Override the Decline<\/strong>&nbsp;button.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter any notes you want to add to the transaction in the provided text field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click&nbsp;<strong>Submit Override<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>You will receive a message notifying you of the success\/failure of the override process.
