The Form Hits<\/strong> report provides information about the number of Consumer Sign-Up Form views, submissions, and approvals for subaccount websites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To open the Form Hits report:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Access the Admin Portal<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Select an individual subaccount or All<\/strong> in the drop-down menu. By selecting All<\/strong>, you can retrieve data for the entire merchant account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Click Reports<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Select Form Hits<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Click Open Report<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n

6. Set the Start<\/strong> and End Date<\/strong> range.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Check the boxes for the types of forms to include in the report. The report consists of results for JPost, FlexForms Live, and FlexForms Sandbox transactions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8. Click Apply Changes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n

9. Select one of the available parameters by clicking the corresponding link. Choosing a parameter will itemize the report format and determine how the data will be ordered.<\/p>\n\n\n

The parameters include the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Date<\/strong>. The date of the sign-up form hit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Hour.<\/strong> The hour of the sign-up form hit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Subaccount<\/strong>. The merchant's subaccount number.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Form<\/strong>. The form name (e.g., 6cc) is a valid name for a JPost Credit Card Sign Up Form.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Referring URL<\/strong>. The referring URL.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Affiliate<\/strong>. The Affiliate ID.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    10. When a breakdown link is selected, the Form Hits report displays additional columns containing the date, subaccount number, form name, referring URL, or affiliate ID. The column list is as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Field List (Form Hits Report)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Form hits<\/strong>. The number of times consumers viewed forms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Form Submission<\/strong>. The number of times consumers clicked Submit on your sign-up forms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • % of Form hits<\/strong>. The proportion of form hits and submissions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Approval<\/strong>. The number of times consumers were approved.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • % of Form submissions<\/strong>. The proportion of times consumers clicked the Submit button on your sign-up forms and were approved.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n
