The Lookup Report is used to search for customer subscription details using website data or the consumer\u2019s personal or payment information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To access the Lookup report:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Log in to the Admin Portal<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Click Reports<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Select Lookup<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Click Open Report<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n

Enter consumer information in the available fields. Enter any of the search parameters to lookup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. (Optional) The Lookup Customers From <\/strong>section allows you to search using any of the following criteria:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  • Billing Type dropdown menu.<\/strong> Select a billing type for the declines you wish to see.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Days to look back<\/strong>. Enter the number of days prior to the current date for which you want to conduct your search.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n

    Click Lookup<\/strong> if you do not want to use additional parameters for the search.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    6. (Optional) The Client Information<\/strong> section allows merchants to search declines by subaccount and affiliate number. Merchants can enter any or all parameters for their search.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Subaccount. <\/strong>Use the dropdown menu to select a specific subaccount.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Affiliate<\/strong>. Enter the account number of the referring affiliate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n

      Click Lookup<\/strong> if you do not want to use additional parameters for the search.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      7. (Optional) Merchants can search customer transactions using the customer\u2019s Payment Information<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \n
      • Subscription<\/strong>. Enter a subscription ID number.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • BIN (first six digits \/ Last four. <\/strong>The first six and last four digits of the customer\u2019s card number.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Bank Routing Number<\/strong>. Enter the bank routing number (check payments only).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Bank Account Number<\/strong>. Enter the bank account number (check payments only).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n

        Click Lookup<\/strong> if you do not want to use additional parameters for the search.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        8. (Optional) Merchants can search declined transactions using information collected from the customer in the User Information<\/strong> section:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          \n
        • First Name<\/strong>. Enter the user's first name.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Last Name<\/strong>. Enter the user's last name.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Zip code.<\/strong> Enter the user's Zip code address.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Email<\/strong>. Enter the user's email address.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Username.<\/strong> Enter the user's Username.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • IP Address<\/strong>. Enter the user's IP address.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Phone #. <\/strong>Enter the user's phone number.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Confirmation. <\/strong>Enter the user's order confirmation number.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n

          9. The consumer information, once located, will display as a blue hyperlinked subscription number. You can click this hyperlink to access functions such as refunds, voids, subscription cancel, and username\/password updates (for User Management System Users).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          How do I refund or void a transaction?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

          Once you locate the subscription using the Lookup report:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          1. Click the hyperlinked subscription ID.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          2. Click Refund\/Void Transaction<\/strong> at the bottom right of the subscription page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          3. Enter a reason for the cancellation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          4. Click Submit<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n

          The refund process may take several days. The consumer can expect the funds to be visible in their account in 7-10 business days.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
