The Active Members report is available to merchants using CCBill\u2019s User Management feature. It allows them to pull up a list of active members according to the criteria specified and manage individual member subscriptions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To access the Active Members report:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Log in to the Admin Portal<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Use the dropdown menu to select a specific subaccount or the All<\/strong> option to review data for the entire merchant account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Click Reports<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Select Active Members<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Click Open Report<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n

6. Use the checkboxes to select from the following member types:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  • Active Recurring<\/strong>. These members are currently active and rebilling.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Canceled<\/strong>\/Single<\/strong>. These members have either canceled their memberships or signed up for a single billing transaction that has occurred without rebilling.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Manual Adds<\/strong>. These members were manually added by the merchant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Test Signups<\/strong>. These members were added by the merchant to test the signup process. This selection is disabled by default.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    7. (Optional) Select the Show Email Address<\/strong> option if you wish to see the email address of each member in the report. Selecting this option extends the time it takes to generate the report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    8. Click Apply Changes<\/strong> to generate the Active Members report.<\/p>\n\n\n

    9. The User Lookup<\/strong> field allows merchants to search for individual members by Username<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    10. After entering the Username,<\/em> click Lookup<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n

    User Management<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    The Active Members report also enables merchants to perform User Management<\/strong> functions and manually add or remove members.<\/p>\n\n\n

    This function is only available if a subaccount is selected in the subaccount dropdown menu. The manual add or removal will not work if the All option is selected.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

    Manual Add<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    To manually add a member:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Click the Manual Add<\/strong> link for the Manual Add window.<\/p>\n\n\n

    2. Click the calendar icon to set an Expiration Date<\/strong> for the user.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    3. Enter a Username<\/strong> and Password<\/strong> in the fields provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    4. Click the Add<\/strong> button to add the user.<\/p>\n\n\n

    Manual Remove<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    To manually remove a member:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Click the Manual Remove<\/strong> link to bring up the Manual Remove screen.<\/p>\n\n\n

    2. Enter the user's username into the Username<\/strong> field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    3. Click Remove User<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n

    This will cancel the user's membership and halt any future rebills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
