The Cancelled Subscriptions-Client<\/strong> report shows the total number of discontinued subscriptions for a specified period, grouped by subaccount.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To access the Cancelled Subscriptions-Client<\/strong> report:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Log in to the Admin Portal<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Select All<\/strong> to retrieve data for the entire merchant account or select a specific subaccount.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Click Reports<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Select Cancelled Subscriptions-Client<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Click Open Report<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n

6. Set a Start date<\/strong> and End date<\/strong> range.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. (Optional) Select the Show Email Address<\/strong> option to see the email address for each cancelled subscription in the report. Selecting this option extends the time it takes to generate the report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8. Click Apply Changes<\/strong> to display the Cancelled Subscriptions report.<\/p>\n\n\n

9. Click the links under the Breakdown by<\/strong> column to order the data by the following items:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  • Subaccount<\/strong>. Sort the data by the merchant subaccount number.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Cancel Date<\/strong>. Sort the data by cancel date.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    When a breakdown link is clicked, the Cancellations report shows an additional subaccount number or cancel date in the report. The data can be sorted by each breakdown item.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    10. The linked number under the Subscriptions<\/strong> column is the total count of all the cancelled subscriptions, including Failed Rebill and Other. Click the linked item number under the Subscription column to open a report that lists cancelled subscribers.<\/p>\n\n\n

    The list of subscribers that cancelled their subscriptions allows you to review specific subscription data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    • Subaccount<\/strong>. The merchant subaccount Web site.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Cancel Date<\/strong>. The date when the consumer account was cancelled discontinued to rebill. Consumers are removed from the password file when their subscriptions expire.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Member Since<\/strong>. The date the consumer initially signed up.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Subscription ID<\/strong>. You can click the Subscription ID number of the consumer to open the Subscription Details page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Email<\/strong>. The consumer's email address.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Username<\/strong>. The consumer's username.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • First Name<\/strong>. The consumer's first name or given name.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Last Name<\/strong>. The consumer's last name or surname.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
