The Expirations<\/strong> report lists all expired subscriptions for a specified period. Expired subscriptions are grouped by subaccount.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To access the Expirations<\/strong> report:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Log in to the Admin Portal<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Use the dropdown menu to retrieve data for a specific subaccount or the All<\/strong> option to view data for the entire merchant account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Click Reports<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Select Expirations<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Click Open Report<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n

6. Set a Start date<\/strong> and End date<\/strong> for the report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. (Optional) Select the Show Email Address<\/strong> option to see the email address for each canceled subscription in the report. Selecting this option extends the time it takes to generate the report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8. Click Apply Changes<\/strong> to display the Expirations report.<\/p>\n\n\n

9. Click the links under the Breakdown by column to sort the data by any of the following items:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  • Subaccount<\/strong>. Order the data by the merchant subaccount number.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Expiration Date<\/strong>. Order the data by the subscription expiration date.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    10. When a breakdown link is clicked, the Expirations report will show the subaccount number or expiration date in the report. Click the linked item number under the Subaccounts<\/strong> column to open a Details report displaying the selected subscribers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Subaccount<\/strong>. The client subaccount Web site.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Expiration Date<\/strong>. The subscription expiration date or the account deactivation date. When the consumer subscriptions expire, they will be removed from the password file.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Member Since<\/strong>. The original consumer sign-up date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Subscription ID<\/strong>. The Subscription ID number of the consumer. Click to open the Subscription Details page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Email<\/strong>. The consumer's email address.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Username<\/strong>. The consumer's username.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • First Name<\/strong>. The consumer's first name or given name.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Last Name<\/strong>. The consumer's last name or surname.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n

      Use the Expirations report to review specific data about the subscriptions that have expired.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
