Log in to the <a href=\"https:\/\/admin.ccbill.com\/loginMM.cgi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Admin Portal<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Set the subaccount dropdown menu to <strong>All<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Click <strong>FlexForms Systems<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. The options on the screen apply to the form selected in the form list. The FlexForms system assigns each payment form a unique ID number.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Form Name.<\/strong> Merchants define the Form Name when creating new payment forms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Approved for Live\/Pending Approval<\/strong>. When the payment form is <em>Approved for Live,<\/em> it can accept transactions. The <em>Pending Approval<\/em> status indicates that the CCBill team needs to approve customizations before the form can be used to accept payments. After changes are approved, promoting the form to Live updates <strong>EVERY PAYMENT FLOW<\/strong> that uses this form with the new form version. Merchants do not need to promote each flow separately.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Form Active\/Inactive<\/strong>. This indicates the form's status. Inactive forms cannot be used to accept payments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Preview Payment Form.<\/strong> Preview changes to the form before promoting it to a live flow. The form preview opens in a new tab.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-white-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-white-background-color has-background\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Changing Form&nbsp;Properties<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>After selecting a payment form, open the <strong>All Settings<\/strong> tab to access the available customization options. Click on a property name to display the options for that form property. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Address Fields<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Decide if you want to collect customer address information on the payment form. This applies to credit card payments only. Create up to five (5) Special Offers. For every offer, you need to modify the following settings:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>View &amp; Select Pricing. <\/strong>Select an existing price or create a new price point.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Location<\/strong>. Define if the promotional offer is displayed on the Payment Form or Approval Message.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pricing Text.<\/strong>&nbsp;Select one of the two predefined texts. (One text is optimized for selling tangible goods, while the other is optimized for subscriptions.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Referrer<\/strong>. Each promotion supports separately configurable affiliate rules to determine which affiliate gets credited for the promotional sale.<ul><li><strong>Referrer from Original Site (default)<\/strong>. Any affiliate ID on the main\/primary sale will get credit if the consumer buys this promotion. (Note that if there is no affiliate ID on the main sale, nobody gets credit.)<\/li><\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Custom Referrer<\/strong>. This allows the merchant to enter an affiliate ID of their choosing. (Optional) Checking the <strong>As Pre-Selected?<\/strong> option means that the promotional offer on the payment form or approval page is going to be pre-checked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8. <strong>Save
