LifeTime emails are automatically sent to the customer\u2019s email address to inform them that they have purchased open-ended access to the website for no additional cost, as long as the site is active.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

CCBill also sends an additional email to the merchant\u2019s registered email address to inform them about LifeTime new subscriptions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Find out how to modify the content and appearance of your Consumer LifeTime<\/strong> emails.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 1: Access Consumer LifeTime Email<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To access customer-facing LifeTime emails for an individual subaccount:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Access the CCBill Admin<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Click Account Info<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Open the Sub Account Admin<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n

Step 2: Modify Consumer LifeTime Email<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To customize customer-facing LifeTime emails:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Select Customize<\/strong> for the LifeTime <\/em>email type in the Consumer column.<\/p>\n\n\n

2. Use the dropdown menu to select an email editing format. Selecting an email type does not only determine the editing format but the appearance of the email itself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • TEXT & HTML<\/strong> \u2013 The TEXT & HTML<\/strong> option results in a visually engaging email and includes numerous data variables by default. Continue to step 3 of this section <\/strong>to edit an email using HTML and plain text.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • TEXT Only<\/strong> \u2013 The TEXT ONLY<\/strong> email type is a simple textual rendition with only essential transaction information. However, additional variables can be added manually if necessary. Continue to step 9 of this section <\/strong>to edit the email using plain text only.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n

    Customer-facing LifeTime emails contain variables that allow CCBill\u2019s system to automatically insert relevant and personalized customer and merchant data. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    6. Click the Convert HTML To Text Email<\/strong> button to automatically convert your custom HTML to text.<\/p>\n\n\n

    Step 3: (Optional) BCC<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Use the BCC (Blind Carbon Copy) section to add email addresses that receive a copy of the LifeTime email. Other recipients cannot see the BCC email addresses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Enter an email address in the BCC field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    2. Click Add Email<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n

    Once you are satisfied with the customized email, click Save.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n
