In the Account Admin area, links are displayed in the Selection Pane and all subaccounts are listed in the report area.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"Menu_Functions\">Menu Functions<\/h2>\n<p>The following links permit access to Main Account information or the addition of a new Subaccount:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Main Account Admin<\/strong> \u2013 Displays the Main Account Admin window so the main account's data may viewed or modified.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Create Subaccount<\/strong> \u2013 Use this wizard to add a new subaccount.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 id=\"Subaccount_List_Report\">Subaccount List\u00a0Report<\/h2>\n<p>The <strong>Subaccount List<\/strong> report displays a list of subaccounts, their associated websites and other information that may be reviewed or modified.<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Modify Subaccount Data:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Click the link for the appropriate subaccount and display the Modify Subaccount screen where the subaccount can be edited. Refer to the Modify Subaccount section for more information about the Subaccount report.<\/li>\n<li>If a declined subaccount is selected, an Information page will be displayed with the reason(s) the account was declined and the subaccount will be inaccessible. Contact <a href=\"mailto:\/\/merchantsupport@ccbill.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">merchantsupport@ccbill.com<\/a> for more information and go to Step 6.<\/li>\n<li>Review the data pertaining to the individual subaccount such as URLs, options, account data, user management, forms and pricing options in the Subaccount Information area.<\/li>\n<li>To setup the common options for the subaccount and associated website, modify the data pertaining to it in the Subaccount Information area by using the links in each of the following frames:\n<ul>\n<li>User management<\/li>\n<li>Forms<\/li>\n<li>Pricing options<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>To setup all the subaccount options, use the links in the Modify Subaccount Selection Pane to open specific functions for the subaccount.<\/li>\n<li>Repeat the above steps to setup other subaccounts.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This section provides a general overview of the Account Admin.
