How do I Change the Credit Card My Subscription is Billed to?

In order to change any of your personal information on your subscription, including your credit card number, you must first log into your account on the CCBill Support page. Once you have logged into your account, you are able to change any of your information by clicking on the link in the "Update Payment Information" section of the page with immediate effect.

CCBill Pay

If the subscription was bough using CCBill Pay, you can just log in to your account and easily make the necessary changes:

1. Open the Subscriptions page.
2. Select a subscription from the list.
3. Under the '"CCBill Pay Option" click Change.
4. Select a payment method from the Accepted Methods list or click Add a new method if you wish to use a completely new payment method for that particular subscription.
5. Click Save to confirm you choice.

Your new payment method will be charged on the next billing date after you have updated it.
