How Do I Get a Refund?

We are dedicated to assisting our customers with any concern that may arise; however, not all of our clients have the same policies on refunding transactions. Please contact our 24 hour Consumer Support center and speak to a representative to see if you are eligible for a refund at 888-596-9279 or by emailing them at consumersupport@ccbill.com.

Eligible for Refund
In the event you are eligible for a refund, the funds should post back to your account within 7 to 10 business days and can only be reversed back to the account they came from. CCBill does not have the ability to issue refunds by cash, check or to another credit card or payment mechanism.
