I Did Not Receive a Subscription Confirmation, Does This Mean My Purchase Failed

Confirmation emails are generated and automatically sent upon processing a payment with CCBill. If you did not receive a confirmation, it does not mean that your purchase was declined or otherwise wasn’t successful. Due to these emails being automatically generated, they are sometimes caught in SPAM or junk mail folders, or even outright blocked. We suggest adding consumersupport@ccbill.com to you approved senders to ensure future emails are received.

It could also be possible that a slight error in the spelling of your email address could have been made during the signup process, which can be fixed by logging into your account on the CCBill Support page.
