Why am I Seeing a New Authentication Screen When Making a Purchase?

On September 14, the revised Payment Services Directive (PSD2) started requiring additional authentication called Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) for customers making purchases online. This additional authentication adds an additional layer of security and confidence for your purchase online
