Conversions (LAS)

To view the number of Conversion signups and rebills your affiliate account has produced:

1. Sign in to the Admin Portal.

2. Click Reports.

3. Select Conversions.

4. Click Open Report.

5. Select a specific affiliate ID from the Linked Affiliate dropdown menu if you have multiple linked Affiliate accounts.

6. The Sales Type menu allows you to include All Subscriptions or Trials Only in the report.

7. Select a Date Range.

8. Click Lookup.

9. Affiliates can break down sales by the merchant subaccount number.

10. The report displays the following columns:

  • Initial Signups. The number of new signups and the total amount earned from new signups.
  • Trial to rebill. The number of trial signups that were rebilled and the amount earned.
  • Rebill 2. Second rebill.
  • Rebill 3. Third rebill.
  • Rebill 4Plus. Fourth and any subsequent rebill.
  • Gross per Member/Average Rebill per Member. The number of initial signups divided by the earned amount/The number of rebills divided by the earned amount.
