Download Index Page

The Download Index Page area allows you to choose your subscription options and download an Index page. The Download Index page wizard automates the creation of an Index page. Click the Download Index Page link in the Form Admin Selection Pane to open the wizard.

Each section below describes the phase of the wizard.

Select Theme

The Index Page redirects consumers to the Signup Form.

Choose the Index Page layout to be used by clicking the radio button below the graphic. (Clicking the thumbnail will enlarge the image.) Click Next to proceed to Select Forms.

Select Forms

Choose the Signup Forms to load from the Index page. You can choose any of the following: Credit Card Signup Form , Check Signup Form, Telephone Billing Signup Form, or all Signup Forms.
Field List (Choose Forms)

  • Select Credit Card Form. Use the drop-down menu to choose a Credit Card Signup Form to load from the Index page; e.g., "7cc - Blue Theme". Choose None if you are not using a Credit Card Signup Form.
  • Select a Check Form. Use the drop-down menu to choose a Check Signup Form to load from the Index page; e.g., "7ck - Blue Theme". Choose None if you are not using a Check Signup Form.
  • Select a Telephone Billing Form. Use the drop-down menu to choose a Telephone Billing Signup Form to load from your Index page; e.g., "1t9 - Telephone Billing Standard Form". Choose No Pricing Options Available if you are not using a Telephone Billing Signup Form.
  • Select a Direct Pay Form. Use the drop down menu to choose a Direct Pay EU Signup Form to load from your Index page; e.g., "1dp - Direct Pay Standard Form". Choose None if you are not using a Direct Pay Signup Form.
  • Site URL. Type the Web location or description of your Web site. This information will be displayed on the Index page.

If you selected all Signup Forms, the wizard will allow you to set up the subscription options for each Signup Form individually. Follow the prompts on each page of the wizard to make sure you are setting up the correct subscription options for each Signup Form. Click Next to continue to Select Subscription Types.

Select Subscription Types

Initially, you will select the subscription types for the form. Once selected, the subscription types can be ordered by using the arrows on the right to move items up or down in the list. Refer to topic Form Admin > Update Form > Basic for the details about how to set up the pricing for the Signup Form.

You are selecting the Subscription Types for the selected Credit Card, Check, or Telephone Billing Signup Form.

To set up the subscription options for the subaccount's Signup Form, follow the steps listed below:

  1. From the Available Subscription Types list, select the subscription types to use for the Signup Form, i.e., subscription cost, trial period, billing type (single or recurring) and period. Hold down the <ctrl> key to select multiple subscription types for the form. At least one subscription type must be offered to the consumers. Click the Add button to add the items to the Selected Subscription Type list.
  2. To remove Subscription Types that you do not want to display on the Signup Form, select them in the Selected Subscription Type list and click the Remove button.
  3. To change the order in which you want the subscriptions to appear on the Signup Form, click the Subscription Type you want to move in the Selected Subscription Types list. Use the arrow buttons to the right of the Selected Subscription Types list to move the Subscription Type up or down.
  4. Click Next to update the system.

If you have added more than one subscription to the Selected Subscription Type list, the system will display a screen to allow you to choose the Default Subscription Type.

If you selected more than one subscription type on the Subscription Types page, the system will ask you to choose a preferred subscription. The Default Subscription Type page will not be displayed if you selected only one Subscription Type.

You are selecting the Default Subscription Type for the selected form.

Use the Default Subscription list to choose the preferred subscription. Click Next to proceed to Build Install - Finish.

You can now download a zip file containing a folder marked "CCBill" with the HTML and images for the Index Page. To download your zip file click the Download button.

Once downloaded, extract and upload the entire CCBill folder to your server via FTP (File Transfer Protocol). If you need assistance, please contact your web hosting company for instructions. For detailed instructions, review the "read me" file contained in the CCBill Folder. If you do not wish to handle this portion of the setup and would like CCBill to place the HTML code on your form, contact Merchant Support.
